Greet Fall with open arms with these Fall Fashion Favourites:
cardigans and chunky sweaters
Fall is the best time to bust out those cardigans and sweaters! If you cover up your arms, chances are your cardigans never really took a summer vacation, but Fall just feels like sweater season. If you don’t want to wear a jacket, you can just opt for a chunky sweater or a cardigan on top of a shirt or knitwear. Long or short, there’s so many options out there for you to stay cozy and warm this season.
Just because it’s getting cooler outside, doesn’t mean your colours have to! Opt for warm, rich tones in the cooler weather. Burnt orange, plum, ruby red, and forest green are just a few colours to incorporate into your Fall wardrobe. And don’t forget black- it’s always in season.
Layer up! Not only do layers keep you warm in the cold weather, but they look fabulous! And there’s so many ways you can do it. All you have to do is mix short with long, and add a few different pieces to achieve that slightly bohemian, chic look. Kimonos, shawls, scarves, cardigans, etc. can all be layered.
Shawls, ponchos, pashminas, and scarves can be used in so many ways! If you wear hijab you can use a thicker hijab as a scarf. You can also use them around your neck for extra warmth. Wrap them around a few times close to your neck for some extra protection against the wind or keep it loose for a casual look. You can also use them to wrap around your arms for extra chilly days. They’re also nice and loose to keep you covered.
This is the season for bolder and darker makeup! Instead of pairing that smokey eye with a nude lip, go for a dark red lipstick. Plums and ombre shades for lips are also popular.
Fall is the perfect season to wear boots because there’s no snow to ruin them yet. So switch up your flats for a pair of knee-length boots, booties, or wedges. Not only will your feet thank you for the extra warmth, but you’ll look fabulous. And you want to change things up, opt for a colour other than black! Boots can come in an array of amazing colours like brown and red, so experiment!
Hope you beautiful girls found this useful!
